Similar to sites like woot.com and steepandcheap.com, 1promoaday.com features one promotional product each day. at or below wholesale prices.  Each promotional product is featured for 24 hours or until it sells out, whichever comes first, but 1promoaday.com buyers have the opportunity to imprint their company logo onto the products after purchase. According to Freestone, he and Rappe’s “a-ha” moment occurred when Freestone purchased a pair of sandals off a similar site but when Rappe logged in a few minutes later to take advantage of the great deal, the item was already sold out. The pair immediately realized that this would be a unique way to bring high-quality products to a variety of businesses. Also, they thought site’s time sensitive deals would create a sense of urgency for visitors as well as entice visitors to check the site daily to see the newest offerings.

“While other sites are geared toward individual consumers, 1promoaday.com is geared toward businesses that can use these low cost promotional products to build brand recognition and ultimately grow their operations,” said Freestone. “Dave and I have aligned with several MVP vendors to supply us with special prices so that we can pass these savings along to our customers.
